Transition coaching is a form of coaching that helps individuals navigate change and transition in their personal or professional lives. It is designed to support individuals as they move through various life stages, changes in career, retirement, relationship transitions, or other significant life events.
Transition coaching focuses on helping individuals identify their goals and priorities and develop strategies for managing the emotional and practical aspects of change. The coach works with the individual to explore their values, beliefs, and motivations and helps them to build resilience and adaptability in the face of change. The coach may also provide guidance and support as the individual works to build new relationships, establish new routines, and create a fulfilling and purposeful life in the wake of change.

3. Relationship changes: starting a new relationship, getting married, or going through a divorce
4. Health changes, such as being diagnosed with a chronic illness, recovering from a serious injury, or undergoing a major surgery.

6. Lifestyle changes, such as moving to a new city, retiring, or having a child.
